 I have a lovely neighbour Pam.. in our (relatively) new street. She lives in the next house down from us.
We instantly got on and she's got a lovely sweet daughter Katie.
One of the first thing Katie said when we first moved in was, 'You're gunna luv it round ere..'
And we do.
